Individual property owners may list their properties for free on Suvastu.in. Every free listing must be accompanied by a One-Page Agreement, digitally or physically signed.
Brokers and builders are required to pay listing charges:
We offer property marketing, legal verification, current status reports, and name transfer (Namantaran) services both digitally and offline.
Suvastu.in charges a minimum of ₹25,000 + GST as platform service fees after successful sale or booking. This may be collected from the seller, buyer, or both.
If a broker lists a rental property, they must pay either:
Rental brokerage terms are governed by the broker’s own client agreements.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. Suvastu.in is not liable for incorrect or fraudulent information.
We reserve the right to use submitted listings for marketing on social media, offline campaigns, and partner platforms.
All listing fees are non-refundable. Platform service fees are applicable after successful sale/booking and enforceable by agreement.
Suvastu.in acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee any transaction. Legal verification and transfer are supported by third-party professionals.
Sandhya Associates reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
